My wife said this is a stupid song...  I said, I thought it had a clever hook, and a melody that would stick in yer head... what do I know..?

Hi Frank, she's right ; )  Seriously, I don't care much for the vocal melody or the processing. I do like the instrumental parts.

Frank, you've posted many songs that convey a slice of life that is common to most of us.  That is no less true of this song.  I feel this is more whimsical than most of your music, but that's alright.  As a songwriter,  it's good to expand your borders now and then.  As for the production, it's top notch and breaks the mold of cookie cutter productions.  Right on!

I kind of agree with your wife about the lyrics.
 
That said, a lot of my songs are written to be stupid on purpose.
