Hi John, nice one, I enjoyed playing along.  Maybe you could add a lead line on top of this ? Or, since you're playing D-shapes, add some notes with your pinky ?

Thanks Rik this was/is a bit of fun I wrote this way back when I first got a guitar and was learning to play and discovered shapes.  There is another version with synths and percussion bass line and a lead, but I was recently given an old Spanish nylon, it is actually a Spanish made guitar, which inspired me to have a go at playing as written.

Nice little noodle of a song. We all start at the beginning of our new experiences, then we learn to start over. Nice little learner and fun tune. You have come a long way since then. Nice piece. Enjoyed.

Sometimes it's just nice to get back to the basics and hear something in the raw form that it was written in.  I think it creates an honest, solemn feel that portrays the original emotion that sparked the initial creativity.

Mr Bob thank you very much for popping in and giving my little tune a listen, thank you for your kind words and encouragement.  I have been spending more time lately getting to grips with the guitars I have and as I have now got ten collections of tunes on CD using mainly synthesisers I thought I should try and by a little more organic.
