If I want to change, delete or add any keyboard shortcuts, after I close SPlat and start it again, all changes has gone:(
 
Tried to delete all bindings, they are back at the next start.
 
Don't know since when this happens......

Hi. Did you try to save it as a keybinding preset, and load it into SONAR?
That is how I have done it in the past, without any issues.

Yes, tried to Export and Import it, but after new Start, the old Keybindings are there again!
 
I can't even switch "Save Changes for next start", if I deselect it, it is selected again after restart!
 
I'm trying to change a few other things just to see if I can change any settings......

Strange! I delete all bindings, export it, save, then I can see in the Registry:
 
HKey_Current_User/SOFTWARE/Cakewalk Music Software/Sonar/Platinum/Bindings
 
that all entries have gone!
 
So, Restart of SPlat! All Bindings are back there in the Registry, as if Sonar writes them back from anywhere....
 
Does Sonar make any Backup of that?? It worked months ago, I Think the last time I changed any Keybindings!

I believe SONAR writes/initializes the default keybindings, if nothing is present when opening.
I hope someone with more knowledge on this than me comes by to help you.

I've deleted all of my "own" shortcuts, not the default ones, and these are back after restart, would be nice if it does initialize to the default, but it does not!

Sometimes I forget to hit "apply," and lose shortcuts that way.

That's what I want to, loose or change some of them....at every start they appear again!
 
At the moment I can only Import a File every time I start SPlat, that works...

If you find out where your keybindings are stored, perhaps try to change it to "read only"?
Don't know if it will do any good or not.
