Has it been determined how long the presale will last?

Until release, which is stated as October 2015.

"I bought the A4 presale through the Customshop."
How'd you do that! It wasn't an option in my Custom Shop...
Like many others actually "buying" something from IK is a MESS!
How do I use "jam points" in the Custom Shop or "Gear Credits" in the web store?
I have a "ton" of IK stuff, but its ALWAYS a GD puzzle...
Where's OBI when you need em, eh?

Open Custom Shop, it should be prominently displayed (make sure you are in the AmpliTube section, there are links near the top for AmpliTube, T-RackS, and SampleTank sections of Custom Shop).  Click on the graphic for AmpliTube 4 or go to Collections and you should see it there.  If you do not, make sure you update to the latest version, but I don't believe that is necessary in this case.

So Nigel, before you drop using IK's stuff, just take a look at these plugins as they're totally worth jumping through the few hoops to get them.

Hi Mesh
Yes I know most of their stuff is top draw - probably all of it except Sampletank which is just OK I think. But I would have to jump a lot of hoops and if you take Tracks for instance, which I purchased I think over ten years ago, I don't / cant use it anymore and If I remember the upgrade path last time I looked was not a great deal financially - so to be honest, I'm reasonably (no very happy) with what I have and use at the moment, especially now TC have done the decent thing and given my Powercore setup an extension to its useful life!!

And I've been so busy of late with the album and charity stuff,  that I don't think I have it in me to even crawl through a few hoops!!!!!!

But one should never say never, so who knows!!

As if purchasing the upgrade to Amp4 wasn't enough I noticed that they have two Wampler pedals now as well.  I love Wampler.  Got the Pinnacle which is killer diller.  Dern their hides.

Nigel, you should at least install the current versions of Amplitube CS and T-Racks CS (both are free)...open up Custom shop and click restore gear. All of your registered plugins should now show up with the new 64 bit versions.

The exact reason I don't visit The CS very often.

Well, I had 42 credits and 75 Jam Points. Most of which seem to have been added as bonuses. Which sort of equates to an upgrade discount, anyway I have bought some extra credits while the extra deal is on and will preorder soon. I like the look of the new features, particularly the inserts and routing options.

But I totally agree that the marketing and purchasing options are far too complicated and confusing.

Thanks for this - I am assuming it doesn't wipe out any of my old stuff (mainly the Amplitube 2 plus an odd expansion and  I have  Ampeg SVX which I probably use the most and seems ok through Jbridge) As I said I don't use Tracks anyway, so sounds a no brainer for that.
Cheers

Your old stuff should be fine. I like T-Racks. When you get the newer version you may find it's better than you remember. I don't know how many of the IK plugins you have, but T-Racks Custom shop comes with the EQ and Meters...and T-Racks 4 will be here soon. I bet before Christmas.
I have Ampeg and Fender. Amplitube CS is better than the stand alone versions because you can use everything you own in the Amplitube CS shell...plus they will all be 64 bit.
