Just to clarify:
BIAS Pro does "tone matching" a-la the AXE-FX.
This is matching the tonal (frequency) response... not the distortion/amp characteristics (which is what the Kemper does).
You can also do "tone matching" with the Helix.
You just have to do it manually (outside the unit)... and load the resultant Impulse-Response.
ie: You can take an Impluse-Response of a well mic'd acoustic guitar... and load that into the Helix signal chain.
When you play a piezo equipped electric, it sounds much closer to an actual acoustic guitar.
Alex Lifeson uses this technique (via an AXE-FX) using the piezo in his signature Les Paul.
Their FOH engineer told him it's the best live acoustic guitar sound he's ever heard.
Not too shabby...
