Guys,

Check this link from KRV:

Bummer that the home page doesn't have any contact info, because would like to thank Sanford for what he has offered over the years without having to dive through the mire of Facebook crap.

Don't know the details back then, but Leslie was bashed over his reverb unit on KRV and think this was enough to draw him out of the commercial field. I paid for the commercial version years ago, and it still stands in there among the best. Benefit for now is this gem is free and also 64 bit. 32 bit version is included and byte for byte, same as the original.

Sanford also did an excellent arp plug and his 32 bit Cobalt synth, which is still cool. Website says he is working on updates and will release when ready.

Sanford delay is there free also, but for my liking, misses out on a mod function. Still very basic and functional.

The reverb unit is excellent. Don't regret having paid for it before it is free. Would advise anyone to get it while you can.

Didn't he also make his phaser available as part of the CM library.  I remember liking that one quite a bit.

Thanks. That reverb looks pretty cool with all it's early reflection tweak-ables.

I tried that reverb out last night. There is something about the sound of it that has a unique character, in a good way. I can't put my finger on it, but I'll definitely be experimenting more with it. I got the other two plugs too, but haven't messed with them yet. Thanks again for the heads up, John!

More than welcome, Leadfoot. The reverb is incredible and even more so for being that ancient. Can't imagine any valid criticism at the time or even now. Was written from the ground up in C++. No Synth Edit, Synth Master clones.

Just got an email from Leslie, contacting everyone who had purchased his commercial plugs years ago to let us know about the new releases. Sent my thanks and feature requests if everything is to be reincarnated. Will be following the website over time and can only imagine good things to come.
