I just bought the loyalty upgrade bundle from JRR.  I got all the serial numbers except for Insight which is what I was mainly interested in.  I'm assuming this was a mistake somewhere?  It looks like Insight should be included right?

I never received a separate serial for Insight either as it is part of the Ozone Advanced package. While Insight is a separate DL and install it should still authorize if you have Ozone Advanced installed and authorized.
 
Just checked my Izotope account and Insight does not even show up as a separate item because it is part of the Ozone Advanced package.

Insight won't be going anywhere...but if that got upgraded as well that would be nice!
I don't know what they could do to it to make it better...but that's what I said about Pro C
