I recently bought Maschine 2 software and Maschine Studio, but I kept getting the above "Could Not Load" message almost every time I loaded one of the included projects.
Per Craig Anderton's suggestion (Thanks Craig!) I called Sweetwater tech support (from whom I bought the Maschine goodies) , and after a few wrong turns they figured out that I hadn't properly defined and then scanned my VST folders within the Maschine 2 software. Once I did that the problem was solved.
I also want to say how happy I am with Sweetwater tech support, and not only because they solved the problem. My area was having intermittent phone outages (some sort of problem with Time Warner Cable), and Sweetwater kept calling me back whenever the line would come back up. How many TS departments would do that?
Anyway, if you're getting that message, try defining and scanning your VST folders, iow the folders in which your plugins reside.
