Is there a log of Sonar's VST scan results? For example, if the scan finds X new plugins, is there a way to find out what it found?

Scan logs are created on demand by holding the SHIFT key while clicking the SCAN button in preferences.

A TOAST message appears with the log path. I believe it is %appdata%\Cakewalk\Logs
