Status Quo cover, originally on their 1974 album "Quo": BACKWATER (remix #3)

Recorded with my great mate Sid Strummer, with whom I've been jamming Quo and Priest tunes for over 30 years

I had to scramble to hit pause...
I cranked it back up when she went out to the garden...

As you know furry ears previewed this only the other day. Will go have another listen.

Classic Quo, as this is not my area of particular thingy I refrain from any mix advise other than to say it sounds reasonably balanced. OK I have say perhaps a little more punch on the kick and a little more definition.

Jeez man. about blew my head off. Don't know if that's a good thing or not. Once I got over the over compression, I decided it was a pretty good job (at a very low volume). Everything cut through nicely. Drums are definately kicking butt. Don't know the original or Status Quo.
