good ear!
hehehe

yep, that one line, at that point in the lyric, has a doppler/phase effect on it, in the headphones, it kind of swims around your head if you are 'really' listening, and if you are just a little bit 'high', will make you feel funny....

Nice capture on the instrumentation and some cool loops. Sounds awesome and some cool lyrics. Great job on this one as well as all others you do. Great mix as usual. Very Nice!! Has a Hendrix vibe to it, kinda!

Peace and Blessings, John

solo on the Ibby Artist

Love the "Artist", I had one years ago, but traded it for a '65 Fender Deluxe Reverb Amp (blackface)... sold the amp at a Nashville Guitar Show for over 3 grand... I wonder what the Artist's are going for now?

thanks john, for listening and commenting.
hendrix, yep, he'll always be an influence, i cut my teeth on the wah pedal, trying to cop his licks.

that artist, is a 2618, but i had a '79 2619 that i bought new in 1980, and i regret having ever sold it.

deluxe blackface, was probably worth more than the ibby was new; i paid $450 with a case, for my original ibby...
but they've become collectable as it were, through the years, they became praised as 'les paul killers' and of course, i was sold from the beginning.
i found this one undermarked at guitar center..
they had to honor the asking price, i think they were about $400 shy of a reasonable asking price,
there's one just like mine going on ebay right now, starting bid at $1250.
depending on the year and condition, i've seen the 2618 go as high as $1500.
