30th Anniversary Presets-Downloaded but can't find

I've downloaded the latest 30th anniversary amp presets using the Command Center. I expected to see these presets in the Pro Channel but they're not there. In fact, the only 30th anniversary presets within my ProChannel are dated Feb 2017 and I've downloaded both the guitar and amp presets since then. Can anyone please tell me where I'm going wrong here?
Thanks,
Mike

The Amps are FX Chains, and you should find them with the other FX Chains that you can insert into FX racks or the ProChannel.

If you don't find them, go into your Cakewalk account, then into your products and you can download the 30th Anniversary FX amps. After that, you can find them in Fx Chain presets.

Thanks! I found the amps in the FX chain area. I've tried moving a preset into a track and also into the track's prochannel but cannot. Any ideas?
Thanks again for your help.

Are you dragging from the Browser into an audio track's FX Rack?

Yes, I tried that and also tried dragging it to the track itself. I also brought up the prochannel in the inspector and tried to drag it into the prochannel file. Nothing worked.
Thanks,
Mike

Craig,
While I can't load the presets directly from the browser I found that I can load them by opening the inspector and right clicking on the Clip effects. I can then load the preset from the Calkwalk contents section. A bit of a workaround but it works.
Thanks,
Mike
