I Hate that tech support does not have a number. Every since the latest update my Custom setup was reset and most of plugins for Vst 3 will not load anymore. I've reset the scanner six times and this haven't fix the issues, my project are not finding the plugins error message missing plugins. Bad thing is have to put an CD out but having this issue and can't load my projects right.

I am just suggesting things here but have you checked your VST scan paths to make sure they are pointing to where you want them to?  You could also check using the plug-in manager to see what it is finding and check the paths where the ones that do show up are at.
 
As a final thing you could roll back to the previous version.

As a rule I don't update anything until I'm finished with an important project or album. If it ain't broke kinda thing. 
But as said just check the plug in manager and make sure all folders are listed. It seems to always be this that will cause a problem.
