Windows 10 question

Can you highlight text and have the computer read it to you? I like this feature on my iPhone and was wondering if Windows 10 does it.

Yes...got to "Settings" then to "Time & Language", then to "Speech" and
turn "Text to Speech" on....you also have to select a "voice"
