Hi,
A while back I saw a YouTube video that said that in the ProChannel there is built in capability of emulating an SSL 400 console (E channel, G channel, bus channel and bus compressor. YouTube is a might big place :-) and I haven't been able to find that video again. I went through the ProChannel documentation but didn't see anything that specifically identified anything using SSL language. Can someone a little more knowledgeable help me out?
Thanks,
James

I believe if you have the PC4K S Type Compressor and PC4K S Type Expander Gate, the built in EQ set on E or G type and the console emulator module, you basically have an SSL console strip. Perhaps you're asking what order to have these in the pro channel? Hope this helps but I believe you already stated something to that effect! Best of luck to you and have fun making music!

That is spot on, I'll only add that the console emulator should be set for "S" type for the SSL version.

Check your account or Cakewalk Command Center. I would think they would/should show up there.

scook will be along shortly to "correct me" if I'm wrong.

I think the expander gate and the channel compressor were separate purchases and were never part of any SONAR package.  Or I got them separately, anyway.  The buss comp and PC EQ are standard.
