I would like to know why everytime I open a new project or open a plugin instrument sound like clicks noise I have Ableton Live suite and never I have that kind of problem.

Hi. Does this happen during playback, or when not playing?
Does it happen with all synths and fx? If not, which synths and fx is doing it?
Which Audio Interface / sound card do you use?
Which driver mode do you use? (Preferences (P), Audio, Playback and Recording)
Which buffer size do you use? (Preferences, Audio, Driver Settings)
What is your "Prepare using ... ms Buffer" in Preferences, MIDI, Playback and Recording?
If set to 250, try to change it to 500.

My audio interface is Native Instrument Komplete Audio 6 right now is set to 512 samples , Playback ASIO and it not happen with all plugin now I open kontakt no problem and when I load Addictive drums 2 hapen when I open new project it happen as well. I have windows 10 proffessional with powefull PC.

If not done already, try to change the MIDI playback buffer to 500. Preferences, MIDI, Playback and Recording.
I have mine set at 500 in my studio, and 700 on my laptop.

You might also have to up your ASIO buffer, or freeze some of the soft synths if that doesn't work.

I  changed the midi to 500 and up my ASIO Buffer to 1024 sample and continuing the clip when I open plugin or close the same plugin addictive drummer and with other plugins as well.

I recommend trying latency monitor.
