Great job on this Jon. Impeccable production.
My only nit would be to bring the snare/stick up a tad and give it a teeny bit more clik.

Great vocal sound.  I would like to hear the kick much more upfront and punchy.  I would also compress that tom and put some ambience around it.  Nice job.
