I love saturated fat. No unsaturated around here anymore. Butter, lard, all the good stuff that is good for you. What we have been told for the last 50 years is obviously not true and not working. There is more diabetes, more heart disease, and more obesity. Now I am completely off statin drugs and my cholesterol has levelled off at a good level. I
have cut back on sugar. I mix a little sugar, a little Splenda, and a couple packs of Sweet Leaf stevia... is GOOD! Bacon too!
I eat fried chicken a few times a month. Eat Foods For Life bread (Flax) from sprouted grains... things are getting better, my weight has dropped too. Back down to 160.
