I watched a little of it and really like how he explains it.........very easy to understand for us noobs. The downside is I watched/listened while at work.......really needing to be at my DAW to be hands on. Of course at home, the little ones take over the keyboard and the tutorial goes out the window.....LOL.

IMHO Razor would be a good one to get to know in depth.

The Groove3 Razor course is a good one too. It's a funny old beast is Razor - sometimes I twiddle knobs and can't hear any difference at all, like sometimes I will go through every available 2nd oscillator and yet can't hear it. And sometimes I will dial the cutoff filter right back on a patch and it doesn't seem to do anything. I did at one point understand it a lot better than I do now - I forgot a lot of the stuff I learned in the Groove3 course.
