Franz Kafka? The Software Forum has always been very good at exposing who was paying attention during Euro Lit discussions and who was not. Too busy trying to work out guitar part in Siberian Khatru. Sometimes, it's almost like talking to a college prof.

I got the LoopLoft "World beats", into AD2's external midi folder, but do I have to remap it to play my xln Djembe, etc?
I also have some Platinum Samples stuff, so I'm wondering what all is involved with getting AD2 to play these other vendor midi files.
Some of these external midi patterns aren't doing anything, so I assume I'll have to remap them, but am not clear how to do it.
Thanks
Michael

I just use Toontracks EZ Player Pro. All the maps for drums are right there. Two clicks and done. I do hope they come out with a new version with EZ Drummer2 search features soon.

Or worse, a law school prof.

I have the answer for the Addictive drums midi files...Yay!
They did change it on the website, but you can still get the downloads.

If you want to use the midi files with other drum software you need to do the following:

1. Log-in to your user account at www.xlnaudio.com
2. Go to this page:
http://www.xlnaudio.com/myaccount-myproducts/offline
(note the "offline" part of the URL, making it different than the regular My Products page)
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page where it says External Midi Files

I just e-mailed and asked, but I needed them again. I have EZ Player Pro now and would also like to import these into it.
