No complain about my Scarlett 2i4 and Focusrite. 
 
Some time after I first got it, one of the preamps started making some funny noise. Focusrite had me ship it to them. They fixed it and shipped it back in a matter of a few days.
 
Every time I've had to communicate with them, ever since I first bought the Midnight Bundle a couple of years ago, they've always been prompt, courteous and very helpful.
 
As a Scarlett owner, I was entitled to Midnight and Scarlett Suites, the now discontinued Novation Bass Station and recently, the Red series. That's a lot.
 
Of course, I wouldn't refuse the Softube ones... :P
