Thanks Batsbrew, Yeah I felt it was slightly off but I think my ears are a little burnt from workin on it too much...I think I'll be getting the Melodyne out NOW!!!!!

nah, don't mess with that artificial sh!t, just get the singer to keep singing til you nail it.
unless that is not an option.

then it becomes important to think more 'producer' while you track yourself or others, never let a 'just missed it' performance slide by, and get good at recognizing what cuts the mustard.

Great cover.   Forgot all about this song, thanks for the reminder.    I don't hear any issues, sounds like you updated the BGV since your original post.   It all sounds good and quite professional.

I am the singer LOL Melodyne worked wonders and removing the waves Pitch shifter did wonders too... LOL .. what was I thinking.

Melodyne, when used correctly does a great job and it's so transparent..... no nasty artifacts when it's done right.
 
I was thinking the drums should have been BIGGER.
