I'm surprised nobody has mentioned diet …or even exercise for that matter ..
Certain foods would mess me up and would make me feel tired …I had to give those up .
When I don't exercise I feel like $hit ….

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned time travel.  That has to wear someone out and must be far worse than simple jet lag!

I don't think so ... usually you are in such a high on those moments, that you rarely can do anything else ... not tired ... just blown away!

My weird friend said he'd invented a time machine, but it could only go into the future by a few milliseconds. I tried it, and it must have worked because I blinked and found myself in my neighbor's bathroom.

Good thing it can't jump 6 months, or I'd have ended up space debris somewhere along earth's orbit on the other side of the sun. Time travel sounds so much better in theory.

Do you get dizzy if you stand up real fast?
Crave salty foods in the afternoon?

Adrenals.
Stress, diet, too much coffee (coffee boots cortisol but you pay for it later).

You aren't the only one friend. I am tired most of the time, some of it has to do with getting older, some may be from blocked arteries but hey, according to my insurance a 60% blockage isn't enough to do anything about.

Now, I NEVER take naps. I hate naps. I always wake up in a foul mood. However, the last few days we visited my inlaws in south GA... WAY south GA, ike 60 miles north of Tallahassee, Fl south. My FIL is80 something, a cancer survivor, and keeps the house warm. He keeps the thermostat on 77. It was WARM and HUMID. Hot and humid outside, warm and humid inside. I had a light sweat all night. I'd go to bed at 9:00 PM and get up about 8:00 AM but Friday AM I go up at 8:00 and was just exhausted, even after a nights sleep. I woke up at 2:00 AM with a cluster headache but got back to sleep with in 30 minutes... I got my coffee, laid down on the love seat and went back to sleep until 11:45... I was troubled because I never do anything like that. I think the heat and humidity took it out of me.
Man! I am glad to be back home. Having a Bud Red... going to eat a bowl of chili and chill tonight and tomorrow.
I'm going to insist on another heart cat this year. The 60% was three years ago. I have had a few chest pains so I'm going with that. My cardiologist told me that is the only way to get a cath anymore. I have two stents. In 2007 I had two blockages in my right main artery. The ONLY symptom I had was unexplained weight loss, I was a little tired but no pain, nothing else. I had a 95% and an 85%. The first doctor told me I should be dead.
It certainly could explain being tired... low blood sugar could also make you tired. All kinds of endocrine problems, Low "T"... it is hard to nail down but some really good sativa will make a big difference. Indica will make it worse. Just saying.
I hope you're well... we all get old and tired but never forget, doctors are better than undertakers!!

Be well my friend!

....and Bubba, never forget. Pharmaceutical companies educate doctors (or they try to)... and NEVER FORGET.. Pharmaceutical companies have absolutely NO interest in you being well. They make their money by selling pills to treat symptoms and to have symptoms... you have to be sick. SO.. If they put out stuff that cured people, they would go out of business.. it is the "way of the world". They DO NOT have your best interest at heart. YOU have to be your own doctor, to whatever extent you can. Doctors are severely over worked and will miss things. Keep an eye on what you do or don't do and what happens and sometimes you can figure things out. My worst thing lately has been shoulder pain, both shoulders, the big muscles in the back and on the right, the top of my neck, temple, and right eye (I'm pretty sure some is cluster headaches and I'm looking for some tryptamines like a certain fungi) but the shoulder muscles.. I can't figure out but they have been hurting for about 14 days now. I'm going to try a massage therapist and go from there.... it's always something eh?
