I thought I would put in a good word for Scratch-IT who make custom scratch plates or pick guards in the UK. I had them make the scratch plate for me latest electric mountain dulcimer and I was impressed by the product and the fast, freindly and efficient service.
 
If you are customising or renovation a guitar they have a bunch of stock textures, patters and images, or you can send them a JPG of your own.
