As all software has flaws you are now entitled to get your money back giving a reason within 30 days..

Laws don't mean much without enforcement and that's where it all falls apart.

In the case of software I can just see that clogging up the small claims court as customer and vendor battle it out over what a "reasonable" number of bugs is, given that there is no expectation that complicated programs are bug free. I mean does finding a small GUI bug entitle you to a refund? How about a bug that only crops up now and then?

That would be the kiss of death for Ubisoft if that ever happens in the gaming industry.

Not even developers can agree what is a bug and what isn't sometimes... A court of law isn't likely to fare better IMHO.

I believe those are called "features". The new Rainbow Six: Siege is loaded with "features".
