With the litigious nature evident in some first world countries i can see this leading to many of the smaller developers no longer being able to cover the new costs this type of law will naturally pass time n tthe developer. Sad days ahead me thinks for the little guy. That goes for companies like Cakewalk who in this industry is a little guy.

May help him as all the customer gets back is a refund, not a refund plus damages. After 30 days it's going to be harder for the customer to complain. If he's offering a 30 day trial then no problems.
