Thanks gustabo, for some reason I have 2016.07 Version 22.7.0 Build 41 why ?
And how do I download the latest version, I get I go through the command center
but what are the steps to get me back to the latest version, build number etc.

It's not a subscription, it's a year of updates.

Be sure and put in your s/n old subscription number to see the discounts, etc. 😉 Forgive me if done already but that question has come up, re how does one know the lowest renewal price.
