Great job Frank. Each guitar chord & note rings out like old glory! A great tune and played gracefully and with feeling. If I had my way, I’d substitute harmonica for sax (no dis on the sax, it was really well played) just to keep the “rural feel” throughout. Ignore me.   Great job by all involved.

Hi Frank, lovely sounds and playing. I personally would lose the drums, they emphasize the timing issues with the acoustic guitar imho ;)

Thanks Rik... no drums..? hmmm...

You're no Lee Greenwood, but then again, he's no Frank Tanton... The 4th is coming up quick, so many take for granted the gift which is this country. One of the few places on earth we need to build fences "to keep people out." We need to teach the youth to value and respect their heritage. It's not about what the government can give you, or what you can get, it's about the freedom to prosper, and the right to succeed or fail on your merit, THAT is what fairness is all about, a fair shot... Robbing from Peter to pay Paul is all good and well as long as you are Paul.

I like the current mix, sounds really nice.

Thanks for sharing this Frank. You can make minor tweaks to this mix if you want but it sounded fine to me at this end....maybe I heard the most recent rendition of it. The musicianship here is about as good as it gets. You are well past the learning stage and are now  having fun making the music....and it shows.

As far as our good ol' U.S. of A ...well its changing fast. I'm not a total pessimist...still the best country on the face of the earth to live in.

love the guitar sound.....

all the performances are great!

mixwise, give that sax solo the same level you gave the opening guitar, because it feels like the level drops off precipitously when the sax comes in.

it's a touchy-feely thing

Thanks Gonzo X... Your advise is golden, and much appreciated... I am so sorry I missed your feedback earlier... it was unintentional...

Nice!
Please tell me that's a real soprano sax player!  That sax part is pain awesome.  I agree that it (sax) is still sitting too far back in the mix.

Loved the guitar playing Frank!

Thanks Rich... Yes, Reid Sample lives...
