I think it's a little like the "play area" at the mall. You know, it's the place where you can let your kids run around, climb on things, and act like children while you sit on a bench and hold your wife's purse? Yeah, it's like that. I think some of us have been parked here to stay out of the way while others go take care of the important things. When we're needed again, or when someone is told that they have to take us home, they'll let us know.

I am in favor of more female moderators in the coffee house too. 
Any woman who overcomes the cultural and physical challenges to claim this title is truly remarkable. 
As a matter of fact, I believe we can be all moderators, even me.
I don't like the military style, though.
I'm not ready to obey orders from you all.
