National disaster.
The bugs at Cakewalk went on a rampage and bit the bakers in the buns.
More than half of the bakers had to go to the hospital to get the bugs removed.
Because of this incident is the update for August postponed.

To be fair, the current Sonar is light-years ahead of anything X3. That makes going for the 50% upgrade to the current Sonar is a no brainer - even without knowing what September has in store.  I have a feeling that the next update will be awesome.

I hope late or soon bakery will add the HUI protocol support to SPLAT :)

In related news, I've been wondering when the Bakers will do the following: after a particularly gruelling month's update, Noel says to the team: You know, guys, let's sit one out, just send everybody Sonar coffee mugs and call it a month. Just outsource it. See you in a few weeks!

Has no one even noticed that July was released in August, so technically we lost a month...
I'm not expecting the next update until September.
I really don't care but we did lose a month of our monthly updates. I would rather have great updates then the rushed update... But it's not the first time Cakewalk has not followed through on a what they agreed to do...
I truly think they mean well...
