Every time I go to a Doc he sends me for tests which winds up in some procedure or surgery. I think most of it is a crock! Tomorrow I go in for the other side of my artery rotor rutor job on the left side of my neck. i Am pretty Shure I Am in danger of my head just falling off! I won't be able to play my guitars or do any recording for a while. All I can do is lay around. It took 6 weeks to get over the last hospital visit ,which I hated . Every time I complained I was administered morfiend to keep me in line. According to the Doc this will be my last surgery this year. till the next test

Sorry to hear that Bill.......I generally don't trust these modern doctors (given the fact that modern doctors just like to drug you up and/or cut you up) and I always look for a homeopathic/natural treatment Dr. where some common sense is heavily used in the treatment plan.
Anyway, that's just my opinion from personal experience....YMMV.
 
Possibly getting a second and even 3rd opinion might help your decision making before going under the knife.
