Recently purchased a Tascam US 2x2 interface which came with Sonar LE
I have sound working from my computer  i.e Youtube and Bias FX stand alone (Windows 10)

Input signal  is shown in Sonar (guitar -> us 2x2 -> Computer -> Sonar), but no output signal on  the master channel  or any sound at that matter from Sonar

Its probably a simple fix but I haven't found anything that has addressed the issue.

Help would be appreciated

Syphus

- Make sure your devices is selected in preferences.
- Check the routing on your audio track (This means input from your 2x2 and output to your master bus).
- Turn on input monitoring (Good advice from Syphus)
 
Then you should be good to go.
Also make sure you have speakers plugged in to the 2x2 output section or use the headphone jack.
Remember, once your 2x2 device is plugged into the USB port, your PC speakers will not be used.
Sonar/Your 2x2 uses separate speakers.
 
I only mention that last part because im not sure how much you know about digital audio and im trying to explain every small details. Welcome to the forum and Congrats on the New unit/Sonar LE

By this I think your saying they should use the Tascam's direct monitoring and not turning on input echo on the audio track in sonar. 
Input echo will result in hearing a delayed signal due to latency. 

Use the Monitor Balance control and set it at 12 o clock ti hear a mix of the computer output and you guitar input.

Im sorry, how do you possibly confuse Direct monitoring with input monitoring ?

Cactus and chukee are talking about two different outputs. If the OP wants to hear output from SONAR while recording, then chukee has it right.  Input echo will let him hear that. This will route the audio to SONAR and then from SONAR back to the audio interface where it will be played back. That method will add some latency to the sound he hears. If he wants to hear the input going into his audio interface instead, the advice Cactus is giving will allow him to coordinate his playing with output with close to zero latency. 

That's why I mentioned it , of course we understand the difference but the OP might not. 
And in my world I would never turn on input echo on a audio track, especially with a lower end interface like a Tascam. In my world you will have a digital delay to the monitoring of anywhere between 7ms and as high as 30+ms depending on buffer settings. 
This is why all interfaces have direct monitoring so your hearing the music playback of the all ready recorded tracks ( computer) and then your new audio your recording ( input) which is direct monitored so there is no latency. Turning on input echo will result in hearing your latency. 
My comment was not to state you where wrong but to make this very clear to a new user. So sorry if you took it wrong not my intent ever. 

 
Just out of curiosity, How do you hear amp Sims and FX (while your recording) if your not using input echo ?
These 2x2 are known to have an acceptable roundtrip. They use Asio drivers.
 
Personally, I have Direct monitoring off. When I have Direct monitoring on and input echo on I simply hear the unprocessed signal along with the Amp sim signal.
Which if anything is annoying. so I turn direct monitoring off so I only hear the amp sim itself.

Yes 100%  that's the one instance you have to use input echo- when your using guitar sims. 
Personally I don't use any of that. I use outboard hardware.  As in,  I use my pedals and an amp, not biggy, I'm just of the old school camp who has no interest in digital processed guitar tone.  And as far as effect go I sing dry so I can hear what's going on without masking it. For client who needed reverb to sing, I have outboard gear. 
 
And my interface, a Scarlett and a Tascam, will be very close to the Tascam 2x2 performance wise.  So best RTL is 7ms . That's at a low buffer setting that will be on the edge of dropouts so I'm usually set at about 12ms RTL.  That results in a digital delay and annoying to listen to while tracking.  As you know there are hundreds of workflow situations , nothing is right or wrong if it results in a finished recording that you can enjoy.

Im a live engineer by trade and have only ever used Protools when I was interning in SAE. I thought I would give Sonar a hoon as PT is $$$$$$$. I manage to get around 4-5 ms delay on my 2x2 which results in no dropouts.
I would run my head into a digital loadbox instead of Bias but the loadbox im after is being obtained in the near future. Bias is pretty decent for the price.
