I got sidetracked and had some fun with this...   I'm using my Campellone archtop and my Taylor on flat pick rhythm.

Hey, Daryl,

Very nice job on this really cool, jazzy cover!

Tasty playing, and the creamy tone of that archtop is to die for!

Excellent work, buddy!

Not only is the guitar to die for, but your voice if perfect for this.  It's as rich and textured as any I've heard in a while.  You really delivered on this.

Super cool rendition of this classic song.   Really well done.  Your guitar and vox sound amazing.

Wow, thanks all.  I'm glad that you liked it.

This was written in 1929 by Irving Berlin for the musical of the same name.  Our generation most remembers it from Young Frankenstein.  It was actually Gene Wilder's idea to put it in the film and Mel Brooks was skeptical but later said it was one of the funniest bits in the movie.  The Monster's Song is also a killer song from that movie.  Scotty should record it with his violin, that would be cool.

It's not a difficult tune except for a couple of really fast chord changes but the timing of the vocal takes a little getting used to.
