I'm beginner please help me. After I create an audio track I import an audio But it appear way long to start in. How Can I simply
bring it to begin of my track ?

 
It is most likely a Broadcast Wave file that contains an embedded timestamp

1.Go to Edit > Preferences > File - Audio Data.
2.Clear the Always Import Broadcast Waves At Their Timestamp check box, then click OK.

Broadcast Wave files will now import at the project’s Now time.

- Use the "Move Tool" and grab the clip and drag it.
- Or Use the "Smart Tool" and hover over the top of the clip (in the header) and drag it.
If you drag the clip all the way to left it will continue to move the clip off the screen and auto scroll the timeline.
 
- Alternatively: Zoom out so you can see what your doing.

Chuckebaby's suggestion to "Use the 'Move Tool' and grab the clip and drag it" is the best way to move a clip short distances. However there's another option if you don't want to zoom out (which would make dragging the clip much faster):

Hold on a second, I think I see an idea showdown .
Here it is in 2 moves.
 
1 - Hover your mouse over the timeline until it turns into a magnifying glass. Click and drag up.
2- Move the clip to the beginning.

(To get back to your previous view- ALT+Z)
