He was CakeAlex, then commited Forum Suicide.
 
Twice, I think.
 
Then he came back, and became a forum host.
 
Then he stopped being a host, changed his name to splat, and committed Forum Suicide a couple of times.
 
Then he changed his name to Dr Avalanche.  And committed Forum Suicide.
 
Then he became Dr Avalanche2, and, I think, committed Forum Suicide.
 
Then he came back as Dr Avalanche again, with the occasional Splat and Dr Avalanche2.
 
I may have missed the odd Forum Suicide in between.
 
He has also asked me to marry him, twice, which is a little odd.  Probably tells us something about his experience of relationships in the past.
 
Maybe his name changes/Forum Suicides are just some form of Reset/Re-Scan..

Oh, and I forgot, he was banned at some point for trolling (I think), but I do not remember which names/user accounts this affected.
 
Anyhow, just search for the "Most Edited Posts", and I am sure that you will find him.
 
I think his score is about 90-95%, which is better/ or worse than 20-40%, but I'm not sure..

Yeah that album is ready to get out there very soon..

JB the offer of marriage is still out there, maybe that will resolve your never ending fascination about me. We may have to sleep in separate beds though for at least a trial period though. Sorry to disappoint..

Man, I'd really really loved to get the mix of Drivin' and try some automation and swapping parts around probably.
Some time was thinking of offering them to have the original and my version both mastered by a proffesional, that would cost 350 bucks or something I guess, which is not really peanuts for me but.....IT'S SUCH A KICKASS SONG....it's just deserves to sound the best it can.

Thank's for the interest. I did the album with David M Allen (Cure Disintegration/Human League Dare/ Mission / Buzzcocks). I worked with Dave a long time ago with Wire and Gianna Nannini (if you are Italian you would probably know her), and was fortunate enough to meet up and work with him again a couple of decades later. Ironically be both worked with Sisters and The Cure but not together. I've worked with a lot of big producers back in the day and Dave was and still is the best of all of them so in fact extremely fortunate.
 
Driving was mainly done on Pro Tools although I did some extra production on Sonar. Pretty much all the Fx are outboard (AMS's, Lexicons  etc) .. I agree is less than optimal on youtube, the compression seemed to screw with a lot of the dynamics of the actual sound. We've also since got it mastered (not released yet) so it should be much improved...
