Adaptive Limiter - if it had:

Full custom control of EBUR128/ITU 1770 settings
Presets for EBU+9/18, -23 for film+TV, -18/-16 etc for iTunes
Momentary, short-term and integrated meters
Ability to scan and locate peaks (like Adobe Audition)
A loudness graph (like TC or Melda)

This would be a killer plugin!

Really then you should just buy something that offers that. Youlean Meter offers this for free however it gave me some stability issues when used with some plug-ins. TC Native has it too although I do have audio level and phase metering in other products.
