FWIW,
Humans are considered to be "mostly red" meat. Muscles that are not exercised will look more pale, like pork. Heavily utilized muscles will appear more red. (For this reason, I think my meat will take on the appearance and consistency of whale blubber.) For meat to be classified as red, the myoglobin concentration must be at least .5%. Humans generally have more than .7%.
So, when a doctor documents my weight, tells me to graze on plants, and exercise certain muscles, I think he's thinking, "This will give the fat, ugly human the perfect flavor!" That's okay, though. Let him drool and thumb through recipes while watching Iron Chef. Let him select his favorite cuts and install the extra large oven. The joke's on him.
I'm only subhuman.
