I still can't figure out why they got rid of it. It was hugely popular - as I remember it got about equal the amount of discussion as the main recording forum. The demise of the coffeehouse probably has something to do with money or lawyers or both. Doesn't it always?

The coffee house was a seperate forum for Cakewalk customers to talk freely about whatever they wanted to, ie...religion, politics, music, whatever. It was sometimes very contentious but also very interesting. When they got rid of it my post count went way down. That's where I spent most of my forum time and interacted with others the most. Anyway, I guess I waste less time now. Since I don't often have Sonar related questions, and I don't often have answers to the questions of others, I don't post much.
