What is the best, easiest way (besides re-Bouncing / re-Freezing) to stretch or shrink a frozen synth Track so that it rides along correctly with a new tempo change. I have a ton of frozen wav and SFX tracks that of course are now out of sync. 
Any magical fix? I ask this because I am basically too lazy to do them all over at the correct tempo....terrible work habits I know...
     Usually I do lock the tempo in solid in the Midi realm before Freezing and Bouncing, etc. , but alas not this time due to CPU gakking.
