That's it! Sonar won't load projects sometimes. SMH. I stopped updating a while back because I figured if I had to deal with imperfections that's fine but no need in exchanging one glitch for another. My needs aren't demanding at all so what works I'd deal with and what didn't I would avoid.
 
And I'm not even sure sonar is to blame. Maybe its just my stupid computer. I've decided to do this last cd for my band and get back to live music. Yeaaaa! If I can't have faith my project that I just left 10 minutes ago is safe, how can I have any clients? I'd grow old (older) real quick. LOL!

I love Sonar and I refuse to learn any other DAW. Thank all of you for your help over the last two years, too! This is a great forum!

Could be a plug in. Try opening your project in safe mode to narrow down the possibility's.
Safe mode: Hold Shift while opening project.

I used to have that problem, un-reproducible though, then I disabled that little midi activity icon in the tray and haven't had a problem since.

Thanks gentlemen. I'll try that! I believe it is a plug in but I've seen two different ones. Surf Eq was causing some .dll file ect. Much appreciated. I'll get back ASAP.

AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! Thank you sirs!!!!! Safe mode did get the project open minus the plug ins. Who do I make this check out to? You gentlemen have restored my faith. I don't know how to thank you properly. Wow. And I was about to call it quits. Thank you both again!
