You must be my Lucky Star'Cause you shine on me wherever you areI just think of you and I start to glowAnd I need your lightAnd baby you know[Chorus:]Starlight, starbright first star I see tonightStarlight, [starbright] make everything all rightStarlight, starbright first star I see tonightStarlight, [starbright] yeahYou must be my Lucky Star'Cause you make the darkness seem so farAnd when I'm lost you'll be my guideI just turn around and you're by my side[chorus]Come on shine your heavenly body tonight'Cause I know you're gonna make everything all rightYou may be my lucky starBut I'm the luckiest by far hehehe

this reminds me a bit of king crimson, mixed with peter gabriel and U2
i like the vocal approach...
i like all the breath capture...
love the guitar approach as well...
the solo is really neat, the reverse effect is cool
i listened to the remastered version first...
it sounds dull to me, like everything from 8khz up has been rolled off....
could be the player.....
then i listened to the 2.0 version, and i think i like that one better, the voice had more presence.
mix wise, i want to hear everything brighter...
the percussion needs more 'attack'.... not volume, just eq on the high end.
the bass seems too smooth, as if it is limited..
i think if it had a chance to breath more, on this particular song, would really help the song rise and fall more....
if you want to dial the vocals in..... get rid of a lot of the effects...
and go in an manually edit each waveform, at the end of every phrase, cut them all off at exactly the same time.
you have a lot of vocal 'run-overs' at the ends of phrases.
i battle this a lot on my own stuff.
but a very cool tune for sure
