I personally am more concerened about the reversing of the magnetic poles that is supposedly beginning it's next cycle.

Now THAT could fudge some crap up.

Then again I may have purchased too much stock in aluminum headgear.

Dammit does that mean I'm going to have to flip all my batteries?

We'll all need tinfoil hats!

If you pick the right religion, you'll already have acceptable head ware like this guy:

I wonder what percentage of climate scientists believe a mini ice age is imminent. Climate science is weird because it seems none of your predictions need to be accurate and you'll still keep your job.

British people will know about Michael Fish :

" He became infamous in the wake of the Great Storm of 1987; a few hours before the storm broke, on 15 October 1987, he said during a forecast: "Earlier on today, apparently, a woman rang the BBC and said she heard there was a hurricane on the way... well, if you're watching, don't worry, there isn't!". That evening, the worst storm to hit South East England for three centuries caused record damage and killed 19 people. In reaction to the controversy, the term "Michael effect" has been coined, whereby British weathermen are now inclined to predict "a worst-case scenario in order to avoid being caught out". "

I know climate is different to weather blah blah blah, but I'm inclined to be skeptical of any long term climate predictions based on computer models. There is just too much chaos possible in the real world. If computer models screw up the weather a week down the line, then how much better are computer models which make predictions 20 years hence? Thunderstorms were forecast for NYC today, we got a little light rain instead. I regularly read "today is mostly cloudy" in the morning only to find the clouds clear up a couple of hours later and a full day of sunshine ensues. Sometimes I'll look a couple of weeks ahead in the Accuweather.com forecast and see a few days of 95F weather forecast, then as those days get nearer and nearer their forecast will have dropped into the 80's. The opposite happens a lot as well. I pay attention to this stuff because I work outside a lot and you come to dread those blistering, humid days - it's nice to read a forecast for a cool week, not so nice when that forecast turns out to be complete BS and it's hot and wretched. Yet I'm supposed to believe that the computer models for long term climate predictions spanning decades are super accurate. LOL.
