OK this is bullcrap. Most of the quacks and zanys on earth (and a few of the scientists) claim you will benefit from antioxidants. The peroxide diet camp apparently believe you will benefit from oxygen free radicals (the elimination of which is what the purported benefits of antioxidants are based on). That you can survive short term exposure to H2O2 at low levels is undoubtedly true, there are systems in the body that can detoxify it in order to protect living tissue from the well proven damaging effects, that you will receive a benefit from it is, to put it charitably, unproven.

I find 1/2 - 1 bottle of a rich, dry, fruit-forward red daily is the best.  I prefer to make my own, but I really like Apothic Red as a daily, sub $10/bottle drink.
