I have no issues except a slight de-tuning effect at the beginning.  I think a little more bottom end of the vocals would be good, you've got a good voice for this genre.   Some cool little things on the bass there.  Rockin' lead break dude.  I would opt for either a fade out or fast run up to a solid cut off on the ending... but that's me.  Sounds very good.

Bob , I'm listening on speakers & everything I'm hearing sounds true to Genre.
Nice fat guitars ....really dig what you did effex wise on the vox ..
punchy drums ..the gtr solo has a nod to older  EVH tones
Good Track ...you do this type of thing very well

Hey, Bobby,

Thanks, buddy, I really appreciate you giving this song a listen, and also your very kind words!

I'm still using Sonar PE 8.5 and Line 6 POD Farm 2.55 to record, although I'm still thinking about making the upgrade to X2 sometime in the future, when all the X2 bugs are worked out.

You've been posting some dynamite rockers lately, Bobby, very nice work, keep 'em coming!

Thanks again, and have a good one!

I'm happy that you enjoyed the 'frenzied" solo, too, it was sort of a quick and dirty fast take to blow off a little bit of steam.

I'm very grateful that you enjoyed the song, and for your friendship and support, Vicente.

Best wishes!

Hey, Rob,

Thanks, buddy, I really appreciate you checking it out and your very good detailed observations, and kind words!

Yep, I made the mistake of experimenting with my "usual" bass EQ settings while also trying out a new preamp, and it just caused a bit of a difference in both guitar and bass tone and gain staging.  As I mentioned above, I think a little more EQ tweaking will hopefully tighten up the low end on the guitars and bass, and get things back into my "normal" ballpark.

Thanks again for giving it a listen and your good input, your stuff always sounds amazing, and I value your input very highly.

Have a good one!

Hi, Daryl,

How are you, buddy?  Hope you're having a rockin' weekend!

Thanks very much for checking this song out for me, and for your good input and words of encouragement!

Yes, Sir, I was experimenting a little bit with a new piece of gear and my gain staging suffered a bit, and still needs a little bit of tweaking.  I'm hoping to finally be able to get back to this for some EQ and mix adjustments in the next few days, and will post the remix soon.

Thanks again, Daryl, have a good one!

Great stuff as usual Bob.

My inner head wants to hear more "Frenzy" when the line occurs. Like carry the echo out more or harmonize it or a combination of both or something.

Still, really strong song and performance.

Very powerful sounding production - drums are the best sounding I think I have heard from you. Great job overall.

Any crits ? Well, I would maybe introduce something over the intro after a couple of bars - maybe just some high pitch feedback, noise type of thing (technical guitar terms there !) as it feels a tad long as is and on the last "frenzy" of the choruses I would suggest some adding some delay so it carries over a little where the rest drops down.
