From Ben's post:
"Existing users will receive an update email. The update price from v2 to v3 is $40. We have many thousands of users, so it may take a couple of days for the emails to distribute."

It also says the plugins will upgrade to 64bits as part of the package. Great news for you guys. I never bought any of the plugins as I have more than I will ever use already, but I will buy HMB3 as soon as they let me. $40 no-brainer!

Anybody who upgrades, please comment on stability as compared with the previous version.  I gave up using Mixbus, even though I loved the sound, due to constant crashing (my system seems to be extra-finicky).  Hoping the new one is improved in this regard.

Cheers,
Eddie

Eddie,

So you're looking for someone who had fails with MB2.5 but buys MB3? If you're not gonna buy it just yet what makes you think a person in the same boat as you will?

You would THINK that existing users, those who have supported the product and company, would get the offer FIRST,
not be put on the backburner.

This is "Typical" marketing.  It endeavors to take advantage of GAS.  Those who can't "wait" will
pay the $79.  The company marketing people KNOW this...

Companies do this regularly.  Roll out the product to NEW users first, then the existing users can get theirs.

VERY BASS AKWARDS....take care of those who already own your product first.  THAT builds customer satisfaction,
and brand loyalty.  It's just common sense, which, this day and age, is not so common....

It appears that the new Metering Suite contains the TC Electronic Radar...
but I can't tell because the link takes you to the EQ....

I'm seeing TC Electronics metering, is going to be incorporated or available 3rd party only?
