Still no email....GRRR

"Existing users will receive an update email. The update price from v2 to v3 is $40. We have many thousands of users, so it may take a couple of days for the emails to distribute."
You would THINK that existing users, those who have supported the product and company, would get the offer FIRST,
not be put on the backburner.
This is "Typical" marketing. It endeavors to take advantage of GAS. Those who can't "wait" will
pay the $79. The company marketing people KNOW this...
Companies do this regularly. Roll out the product to NEW users first, then the existing users can get theirs.
VERY BASS AKWARDS....take care of those who already own your product first. THAT builds customer satisfaction,
and brand loyalty. It's just common sense, which, this day and age, is not so common....
