Sonar doesn't show Note Off Velocity in Event List (glaring omission!).
My controller doesn't send Note Off velocity. 
I found a utility that changes Note On velocity = 0 to Note Off velocity = 0.
 
Anyone know a way to change Note Off Velocity from 0 to 64?  (Cal script? - If Note Off velocity = 0, change to Note Off velocity = 64 )...something along these lines.
 Now I would like to be able to mass change all Note Off = 0 velocities to Note Off = 64 velocity.  This would allow me to trigger Release samples in Ample Sound instruments!
