Since I couldn't decide whether I preferred to listen to FOOW on my vinyl or CD copy, I decided to go obscure instead (did I really just say that in a thread started by Pedro?):

Bad news about Mr Squire. I hope he pulls through okay...

I've got this on vinyl... I must get it on CD too. One of my fave YES albums.

FYI - from a discussion of Chris' health on the Chris Squire and Yes Forum over at Rickresource:

An update from Jon 'Juano' Davison's FB page:
"Hi everyone,
As most of you already know, Chris Squire, our dear friend and amazing bandmate is battling Leukemia. Please try and remember his struggle daily and hold his image in the healing light of your deepest prayers and brightest thoughts.
We've been hearing encouraging news that he's responding really well to the treatment and we can all continue to make a big difference in his state of being by persistently wishing him much serenity, love, great courage, and the strength to endure all that is temporarily blocking his path to perfect health!
SO, HIGH VIBRATION GO ON AND ONWARD THROUGH THE NIGHT, OUR AWESOME FRIEND AND MIGHTY MASTER OF THE BASS GUITAR! WE LOVE YOU AND ARE BEHIND YOU MORE THAN EVER!!!"

Hi,

I actually hope he makes it through and is capable of doing one or two more tours. he is a very good player, and very nice to watch, but I wish there was more music in the band to stretch him even further and help the music get better.

I'm thinking that after this and some rest, he will likely have some very good material to work from and with, that could re-vitalize the "has-been" band of yesterday's hits.

We all hope for the best I'm sure! Specially given how harsh that thing can be.
