I'm recording some vocals and finally have a chance to play with Nectar 2. Do any of you have any favorite presets? I'm just playing around with it and exploring things, just a simple clean presets nothing crazy.

Really depends on the material. Best way to try the presets is loop a section of your material and cycle through them. Not a lot of the presets are "overly subtle" though.

If you click the button in the lower left you can view the modules, and they can be reordered to your liking, which may be more useful.

I'm using the Solo Voices option with Nectar 2, and these days I'm automating a Send to trigger it.
 
I only use presets to audition harmony combinations in order to find out what might work or sound good for a song.
 
(If I remember correctly, I output from the Nectar bus to another bus where I Fx just those Harmony voices.  Otherwise, I believe Nectar will apply its Fx to the original vocal too.  I could be wrong about that though, if the Harmony module is first and the Solo Voices option is on....)
 
  

Did anyone compare if Nectar Elements has similar presets as its big mama Nectar 2?

I do find on most presets the reverb has to be toned down a bit, IMHO
