you do wonder how ms is going to make money... maybe from apps and using it with the mobile / cortana etc.
 
they know not to annoy customers e.g. the start bar and other "not to good" versions.. so they have to balance things.
 
the dual boot thing, .. in the sense of what about monopoly rules ? they might find that gives them issues, regardless of what end users agree to
