There was a couple of you wanting some bbq tips and recipes so I've pushed the project up a little.
It's been on the verge of storms overhead, and though I might grill or smoke in the rain, I won't film.
So I made this little promo for grins while we wait.
Its humorous at least.
I started rotating the freezer and have a rack of ribs and some chicken waiting with me, and will do brisket after that.
But I'll kick it off with some general tips and tactics as soon as I can get them wrapped.
